Terms of Trade
These terms of trade apply to all dealings between Glazebrook Station and its customers. A customer enters into a contract and is bound by these terms of trade on placing a reservation or "booking" with Glazebrook Station.
Individual Reservation Confirmation
To confirm a booking a deposit of 25% of the package fee is required to be paid by the customer. Payment of the deposit is confirmation of acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer. Glazebrook Station is under no obligation to place or maintain that booking until the deposit has been paid.
The balance of the package fee must be paid at least 60 days prior to the scheduled date for arrival.
Any extras e.g. licenses, helicopter charges, activity fees etc. are payable by the customer prior to departure.
Cancellation of Individual Reservation
If a booking is cancelled at the customer's request or by reason of the default or other conduct of the customer and Glazebrook Station is unable to replace that booking with another comparable booking the following applies:
- 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged to the customer if a booking is cancelled within 60 days prior to the date that the customer is scheduled to arrive or if the customer does not take up and pay for the accommodation booked; and
- 100% of the guiding fee will be charged to the customer if a booking is cancelled within 14 days prior of the date that the customer is scheduled to arrive or if the customer does not take up and pay for the guiding booked; and
- If the customer cancels the booking before the date that is 60 days prior to the date that the customer is scheduled to arrive then the customer will receive a full refund of its deposit and other monies paid by it to Glazebrook Station.
Travel Insurance
Replacing an existing booking at the last minute is often difficult. Therefore we strongly recommend that clients purchase full travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption, baggage protection, medical expenses, accidental death and dismemberment, emergency evacuation and repatriation, and emergency assistance service.
There are a number of reputable vacation insurance companies that we can refer.
Payment
All prices listed are for payments by cash. Prices are quoted in US dollars and are inclusive of a 12.5% Goods and Services Tax. Glazebrook Station accepts cash, traveler's checks, personal checks and all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions. EFTPOS facilities are available however limits apply.
